First, some Taoist wisdom

This is the day Zemanta says the spaceship will come and the aliens (aka, “Galactic Federation of Light”) will reveal themselves to us ordinary humans. If that happens, well goodie for that. We need all the help we can get. While we’re waiting, today’s counsel from my “Taoist Wisdom” daybook:

        The Ancient Masters understood Mystery. The depth of their wisdom is unfathomable, so all we have are descriptions of how they looked:

Careful as if crossing a frozen river,

alert as if aware of danger,

respectful like a guest,

yielding like melting ice,

simple like uncarved wood,

empty like a valley.
